The Irish Ice Hockey Leagues are back in full swing again. The 09/10 IIHL A and Recreational League Season sees a total of 16 teams participating. Admission to all IIHL games at the ice dome is FREE and the teams appreciate all support they can get.

The A League sees the Dundalk Bulls, the Flyers IHC, the Charlestown Chiefs & the Castlereagh Spartans competing to be named Irish League Champions.

The Recreational League is divided into two Conference divisions, A & B, with the following teams competing for glory; Bulls B, Lady Bulls, Raiders , Flyers B, Ice Breakers, Vixens, Black Hawks, Hawks B, , Whalers, Blackrock Whalers and the Cubs.
